The Nest Greek Restaurant

Along the picturesque cobbled streets of Chora, you will find the legendary Nest restaurant. The Nest has been serving locals and tourists alike, authentic, Greek cusine since 1960. Still owned by the Gkikas family, you can expect a warm family embrace and unique Greek homemade food served by brothers George and Dimitris. Most of the ingredients are direct from Dimitris' garden - where he spends hours lovingly tending his organic vegetables and fruit. At the Nest you will have the opportunity to taste typical Greek dishes such as moussaka, dolmas, kleftiko and chickpea balls, local Ios cheese and fine local wine.
